| Introduction | I have cerebral palsy and grew up in an era when people with disabilities had very few options available to them. There were no laws on the books guaranteeing people with disabilities are right to an education when I was in school. P. L. 94 - 142 Individual Disability Education Act became law in 1977 while I was in graduate school. In spite of the odds I hold an AAS in mental health, BS in psychology, and credits towards a Masters in rehabilitation counseling. Today I have my own company Career Performance Institute, and teach people to reach their maximum potential and learn to Live Without Limits.
