Introduction	I am an Anusara Inspired Yoga teacher at Garden Street Yoga in Coeur d'Alene, ID. I'm a mom and a partner and a friend and a singer in a band and wait tables to make a little extra to pay the bills (aka buying a Harley!! lol) I love life and love YOGA!!
Interests	Yoga, singing, dancing, gardening, music, recovery, service work, MY KIDS!
Favorite Movies	Anything with Jack Nickelson, Tom Hanks, Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, or John Wayne in it.
Favorite Music	List is too long.....I have a strong affinity for classic rock n roll and the blues, and will always love the Beatles!
Favorite Books	Anything to do with Yoga, Recovery, or historical fiction novels of the Celts.
