Introduction	Hey did you know that Irvine has some great bike trails? Our small group of women riders meet twice a week for 15 to 20 miles ride and weekends for longer rides and special events. Our goal is to increase our fitness and have fun while doing it. Only requirement is a helmet, a bike to ride (or one to borrow) and a sense of adventure.
