IntroductionI am a graduate of the Carlson School of management at the University of Minnesota. I have my degree in finance and corporate environmental management, and I am currently serving in the Peace Corps. I am assigned as a community tourism facilitator in Guatemala which involves environmental education, small business consulting, community organizing, training of trainers, and best practices.
InterestsI've tried and love; love, dancing, speech, theater, traveling, horseback riding, playing the guitar, skydiving, rollerblading, skiing, snowboarding, kneeboarding, sailing, snorkeling, running, camping, canoeing (weird looking word), reading, knitting, crocheting, spinning, writing, spoken word, kickboxing, painting, sculpting, random pictures, baking, cooking, derivative and fixed income securities, cap and trade systems, rolling down hills, and whole bunches of other things. I will never outgrow; Goldfish, cinnamon Teddygrahms, crayons, sleepovers, the phrase LOL, hot milk (though I now prefer it with a shot of espresso), hugs, Twister, hide-and-seek, Curious George, freeze tag, rolling down hills, and whole bunches of other things.
Favorite moviesI like movies that make you think and take seeing them more than one time to really get them. Among those at the top of my list: Usual Suspects, Lord of War, The Constant Gardener,
Favorite musicMusic that is as quirky as I am; no more, no less. This includes: Ani Difranco, Fiona Apple, Madeline Peroux, Miles Davis, Lilly Allen, Willy Mason, The Beatles, Billy Joel, and several local bands.

You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?

While I probably enjoy singing along to a musical as much as the next person, I'm fairly sure that writing a hit musical is a rock solid plan in and of itself to avoid having fame go to your head. How many musical writers can you name? Webber, Rogers, and Hammerstein maybe, but I don't know that I would be able to pick their picture out of a line up.
