| Introduction | As you may know, I have always loved to bake. As you also may know, I'm a recent grad of the University of Maryland with a Mechanical Engineering major. During my semesters, I often got very stressed and baking was one of my outlets, especially my last semester. I've always loved to be creative while I bake, thinking of new ideas or a neat way to decorate and one day I figured out that baking actually helps me to relax. I'm currently looking for a job and in the meantime baking a ton. I'm always looking for taste-testers and a suggestion of what to bake next... as if I don't already have a list ready.
