Introduction	I ran the 1999 and 2000 London Marathons and then played rugby on and off for 7 years. Having sustained a few injuries I decided to get back into running and ran the 2008 Beachyhead Marathon. Since then I have found myself doing Ultras and enjoying the challenge of pushing the distances and doing some great events across some amazing countryside, meeting some great people, covering a lot of miles, and enjoying myself in the process.
