| Introduction | *I have created this web site to reach out to others who share my passion for running, cycling and multisport training in the west region of Mississauga, Ontario. I gave the swimming portion of triathlon a shot last year but will be returning to my comfort sport of Duathlon in 2011. I have set some lofty goals in my attempt to become a top Age Group Duathlete in the province and have been working with Coach Tyler Lord to make me faster on both the run and bike.
Some quick points about me... **I believe athletes can help each other by passing along experiences and training tips to create healthy competition. Even if you are not the competitive type, and just want to run for the fun of it, you can learn a great deal from these seasoned athletes that may make your exercise more enjoyable (see Blog Roll above). ***I am now in my third year with the Fletchers Meadow Cross Trainers (www.fmct.ca) and we have an excellent core of multisport athletes who are great people to train with. ****I am now working with Tyler Lord, an Oakville based pro triathlete, and my times continue to come down and my motivation is at an all time high! |
