| Introduction | We are building our very first house in Marriott Waters Estate in Lyndhurst, South Eastern suburb in Melbourne. We are building with Metricon and have chosen the Soho 32 which we have modified and by doing so the house is now 33sq. We started dealing with Metricon in July 2009, when we had our very first rough quote and are hoping to have the house fully completed by June 2010.
