| Introduction | My sole focus is on how Reflexology works and why patients react so differently. Oh, and I put a lot of other health related “Stuff” in the blog too. Things such as diet, workout, and nutrition that worked for me over the years. After completing the certification in the Ingham Method of Reflexology in 2001 (IIR), I was asked to participate in a certification as an Integrative Reflexologist (advanced studies) at the Advanced Integrative Medical Institute in Washington, DC (Capital University of Integrative Medicine). From there, I dove deep into the study of why this practice works and I haven’t looked back. This site will contain case studies that I come across as I work the reflexes in the feet and hands of my patients. |
