| Introduction | Born in a small town, Hapur, I was conditioned to study hard to get good scores in exams to get a good job. After completing my CA, I was convinced to continue to study and prepare for Civil Services Exam and entered into IRS. However, I always had a deep quest to understand the meaning of life and I started reading psychology, neurology, quantum physics, astrology, and philosophy books written by many authors. The journey however could not quench my thirst and I attended a Vipasana Camp at Igatpuri. This was a life-changing event for two reasons; Firstly, for the first time I got and conducive environment to look inwards for at least 10 days and secondly, it taught me an effective technique for journeying inwards. After that, meditation became a part of my life. After that, I came into contact with many spiritual organizations like J Krishnamurthy Foundation, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, etc. I keenly observe life and pen down what I observe in this blog. I have also been writing on Quora. I hope this Blog will be helpful to those who are trying to understand the meaning of life like me. |
