| Introduction | Hello, and thanks for visiting! I'm a full-time (semi-retired) writer, publisher/editor of seven books and author of one, all dealing in some way with the natural world and life outdoors. I've loved the Northwoods since I first visited a cabin with my dad and brothers when I was 8 years old. I've always wanted to write about the North and its lake country, and I've chosen to create this blog to help other people who loves lakes understand and appreciate them more. I have some background in freshwater biology to start with, and what don't know I am fully willing to learn and share. I hope this blog brings you a deeper connection with the lake where you live. |
