Introduction	I have worked as consultant, solution architect and senior business analyst sequentially in leading local system integrator, world leading hardware vendor and software vendor. In each of these roles I had a possibility to observe the business practices and approaches of different operators mostly from EMEA region. During my occupations I had a chance to participate in variety of different project involving all the range of operators from start-ups in immature Middle Asia markets up to European market leaders both mobile and fixed, including government initiated projects in areas of public safety and national security. My interest in the area is not exceeding with only practical aspects of roll out and implementation, but also invoking the whole industry rules and trends, evolution of the market and business models, future visions and the life cycle of expectations broadcasted through the industry. I live in Kyiv, Ukraine, but most of the time I spent outside the resident country. My current location is set in respective field of user profile.
