| Introduction | My name is Angela and I am a married mother of two beautiful children. Utilizing my Bachelor Degree in Business Management, with a Major in Accounting, I am the Owner and Director of a licensed child care business, which means I oversee 10-15 children (ages 0-12 years) everyday. My life can be very chaotic. Some people say my profession is "angel work" because of the high demands and dynamics of young children. The children all look up to me for guidance, love, support, encouragement, safety, honesty, respect and more. This is a very large commitment to fulfill everyday. Because of the level of stress I endure, it is imperative that I take very good care of myself, not only for me, but for my family as well. My outlook on diet and exercise has reached a whole new level! |
