Introduction	I am Guatemalan- American, and like any latin family I grew up around cooks and bakers. In fact my grandmother runs a catering business in Los Angeles, my auntie runs a bakery, my auntie in the motherland (Guatemala) is a cake instructor, and my other grandmother is a stay at home baker. My grandmothers have taught me how to cook and bake since the day I could hold a spoon ( Literally, I remember being 4 years old, standing on a chair and mixing cake batter). My family with their love and guidance, have been an inspiration to my love of baking.
