Introduction	We are building for the second time, hopefully applying what we have learnt over the last 9 year in our current house. Our land is bigger for the kids to run around on and Yes we will get a puppy for the family. Finally I hear the family say. Also with this house we are building what it is that we want, to a point. Obviously everything costs money so we will keep ourselves under control when it comes to spending. We are looking forward to this new journey for our family but we know that we are only 30 minutes away from our friends and families.
