| Introduction | Cakes by Tiffany was started in April of 2009 when owner Tiffany Riches was asked to be a bridesmaid in her friend, Lisa’s wedding. Weird huh? Well, after Tiffany attended several bridal shows and helped Lisa with her wedding details, the one major detail missing was the cake. It was hard to find a local, reasonably priced baker. Since Tiffany had worked in two different bakeries for the past four years, she offered to help. She has been baking cakes ever since. Tiffany is what you would call a “self taught” baker and decorator. She has apprenticed at several local bakeries in her home town of Fort Myers, Florida. Here at Cakes by Tiffany, we are very passionate about what we do and are motivated by trying new things and always outdoing ourselves by making awesome and delicious cakes. Our inspiration comes from many things, including you! Each of our cakes are individually created to match you, your personality, and the theme of the occasion you are celebrating. Our cakes are all individually baked to order, and every cake is always fresh, never frozen. |
