Introduction	The title grind unwind, as I would like to believe, has quite the loaded definition. The creation of this blog started with the focus on my adventures of becoming a coffee expert. But now I know that will take a long time.... However, I've come to find that I enjoy just posting random thoughts, experiences and adventures. If you choose to follow my blog, you will see there is lack of organization with regards to the structure of my posts. I do this for a few reasons. 1) If I think too much about the structure of this blog I will get lazy and will not update it. 2) I think it is way more interesting to post it in this fashion. 3) This likens to posting randomly which I like to believe fits my theme of endless possibilities
