He is a well spoken and friendly young man who is liked by all. Competes for BAL Premier League Champions Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers. Based now in Bath University, he is on the British Athletics Olympic Potential Podium Funding. His career includes full Great Britain internationals in decathlon and World Junior Championships bronze medallist in Canada in the 4x400 relay. Changed events to 400m Hurdles in 2012. Seb became the Under 23 National Champion and Intercounties Senior Champion. In 2013, he successfully defended his National U23 title, broke the 46 year old Sussex County 400m hurdle record, came second in the Under 23 European Championship and represented GB in the World Championships in Russia, reaching the semi finals.
