| Introduction | I recieved my culinary degree from the Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, TX in 2003. I've been catering since 2004 and also served as a personal chef. Since that time, I've decided to put more than a part-time effort into my catering business Harrington's Cuisine and thought I'd like to share some of my creations, favorite recipes, events, etc. with you. Also, this is a personal journey for me to eat healthier. I hope you join me on this journey.
