| Introduction | Trained in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery, was operating on patients whose form and function was denied at birth or destroyed by accident,and did cosmetic tinkering :-)) in India and abroad and later as Cancer Surgeon doing reconstructive Cancer Surgery at the Regional Cancer Centre Trivandrum I am involvd in the Weekly conduct of Tele Clinic between the RCC and the hilly terrain through ISDN enabled line, with Adimali and places around Munnar christened 'HELP for the Hills' (HELP = Hear Ease Link Palliate) I had the privilege to be trained by none other than the founder of the Modern Palliative Care Movement Dame Cicely Saunders at St Christophers Hospice, at Sydenham, East London.
