Introduction	I have been running for many years. Since about 2008, I transitioned to running primarily on trails in the mountains of the southeast. Some of my favorite running is in Western, NC, but the mountains of Georgia also have great and challenging runs. With what little free time I have, I enjoy running on trails in the mountains with my dog Grendel, or other good folks! Each year, I try to balance high mileage, including lots of marathons with work and family life. I also teach Ashtanga yoga locally to assist my practice. I do love gear, and I get to share my thoughts in Breathe Magazine.
