Introduction	After several years back in the U.K I've once again returned to the Middle East. My relationship to this part of the world really began when I started my MAhons in Arabic, Islamic and Middle Eastern studies at Edinburgh University in 2000. Since then I have spent several years living in Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and now Palestine. I'm currently project managing a series of student summer camps in the Palestinian refugee camps around Bethlehem. I also work in radio and during my time here I will be collecting material for some features I intend to make on the realities of Palestinian life in the occupied territories. Watch this space!
