| Introduction | "You need a creative outlet. Do you paint?" This is what the massage therapist asked me after a much needed massage. I'd been taking care of my 85 year old parents for some time, and dad had recently passed away. It had been a busy few years in my job, and now my husband’s job had been transferred out of state and we would be moving. It was kind of a lot. I decided the massage therapist was right, I needed a creative outlet to get back in touch with what mattered to me. |
