He sustains the positions of: Private Counselor to the Governments of the United States of America and Japan on Global Strategic Issues; Head of Research for the American Government for PL-RCi Cognition Processing Structures; Researcher for W-A-A-R (Wide Arrayed Analysis Randomizer) Automata for the U.S. Government; Researcher for Global Archomechanical Computing Models for the Governments of U.K., U.S., Japan and Sweden; Private Counselor for technology and economy matters Japanese and Swedish Government; Advisor to the American Government for Convergent Technologies; Ex-Private Advisor to the ex-prime minister of Japan Junichiro Koizumi.
