LocationUnited States
IntroductionThe Queen mother and primary caregiver to the royal princes and princesses. Sometimes I even pay some attention to the king, as long as he's nice and frequently comes bearing gifts. Dedicated to keeping my castle a cheerful, welcoming, functionally chaotic haven that embraces the pursuit of truth. Oh, and where you can usually get muffins.
InterestsBeing a Wife and Mommy, Photography, Reading, Planning stuff, Listening to talk radio (hehe), Adoption, History, Politics, Arguing politics, Arguing Religion, Gardening, Cooking/Eating (can't decide which is more fun), Chocolate, Getting out of housework
Favorite musicIrish Folk Music, Techno-Classical, depends on my mood. Usually in our home it's maddeningly repetitive children's music...
Favorite booksIt is easier to list by author since I am a voracious reader. I have hunted down and read all I can find by Jane Austen. I also love C. S. Lewis, Tolkien, Charles Dickens, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle (never underestimate the "free" boxes at yard sales!) Oliver North, Ann Coulter, Phyllis Schlafly, George MacDonald, Bodie and Brock Thoene, John Grisham, "Home By Choice" by Dr. Brenda Hunter. Those are all I can see from my computer chair, anyway.

What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?

The same things I would wear in any fantasy sequence - assuming this is the only place a house made of gingerbread would appear - something made entirely out of chocolate.
