Introduction	I am Pennsylvania certified in elementary and special education. I received my Masters degree in Special Education from Mercyhurst College located in Erie, PA. I am a partner (and mother!) in OneL Publishing with Michele Boutwell. Our belief is that ALL kids can read if presented with effective instruction. LOGIC, written by Michele Boutwell, is our program that has been proven to be THAT instruction.
