Introduction	I am a mother of 5 beautiful children. And I have been privileged enough to be married to my best friend for 16 wonderful years. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Staints and I love my Savior Jesus Christ with all of my heart. He is my reason for all that I do and all that I am. When I am not being a wife, mother, friend, sister, or daughter. I spend my time learning to cook healthy and live healthy. I love to learn, and I love to be active. I am working on becoming a health mentor and working on learning all I can about the best way to feed my body, mind, and soul.
Interests	reading, swimming, exercise, dating hubby, dancing, hiking, biking, love the process of birth, Love spending time with my family, there is much more to me than just that. However, you get the gist.
