| Introduction | Hey there, welcome to my blog URVI'S KITCHEN ! Let me introduce myself, I am Urvi. Born and brought up in dream city MUMBAI still having roots strongly connected to my native, a wonderful coastal region of India in the state of Maharashtra i.e. KOKAN. Region that has strong inheritances of food culture. Authentic recipes carrying unforgettable aroma and flavor lasting long on tongue as well as mind. Traditional methods of cooking specially on CHUL ( burner made of mud and stones) enhances taste further which is unbeaten. I was passionate about cooking since childhood though rarely got chance to showcase my talent on that front. My keen, observant, enthusiastic nature nurtured my cooking skills unknowingly. And I had a pretty good collection of variety of recipes in my secret COOK DIARY! Now after taking voluntary exit from job I am all set to follow my childhood passion of cooking.
