| Introduction | In 2011, I decided to tackle my birthday head on by challenging my discipline. In the process of becoming a bodybuilding competitor, I have discovered a whole new level of personal empowerment and started the second half century of my life full of hope and excitement for all the possibilities life still holds before me. In just a few months I drastically changed my reality. I hope my adventures will inspire others - especially those over 35 years old - that major life changes (pursuing fitness, education, conquering bad habits, etc.) are possible at any age and that if you can dream it - and if you go after it - you can live it. |
