I value the dignity of each person and use compassion, empathy and respect in my treatments. I have worked with people of all ages presenting with emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. I have also helped many move from toxic environments to independence. I use up-to-date techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I help individuals and couples resolve their conflicts and achieve lasting improvements in their relationships. I also have experience preparing psychological evaluations for immigration processes and forensics.
