Introduction	I am a writer of poetry and short stories as well as a quilter. I've been an avid reader all my life. I have three sisters. I've been married to my husband for nearly 40 years. He is a composer of music. We have two lovely daughters who are both visual artists.
Interests	Writing,quilting, making ATCs, Dotee dolls, button fairies, quilties - I like making things with my hands.
Favorite movies	Wizard of Oz, Mirror Mask, Alfred Hitchcock films, Rocky Horrow Picture Show, Hedwig and the angry inch.
Favorite music	The Beatles, especially their later works, Paul Simon's Graceland, James Taylor, Groups with a lot of vocal harmony like Mamas and Papas, and CSNY.
Favorite books	John Irving's "A Prayer for Owen Meaney", Wally Lamb's "The Hour I First Believed", Barbara Kingsolver's "The Poisonwood Bible", anything by Louise Erdrich and Sherman Alexie.
