| Introduction | Self Motivation Well just where do we start, as a man of 60 years of age who has suffered from depression for 50yrs of my life I have to admit that for the last 20yrs these quotes have been so important in keeping me sane and motivated. I worked so hard as a teenager and through my twenties in the catering trade that by the time I was 30yrs of age I Didn’t just have the depression to cope with I also had chronic back problems, and by the time I was 40 I was unemployable, so then I had to provide for my self through self employment and commission only work. So that meant sales jobs, so self help, quotes of inspiration, books on motivation, prescription drugs all played a part in me being good at what I did. |
