| Introduction | I'm not actually a burlesque dancer, but I like to think I'm a babe. I'm just an amateur (yet passionate) pole dancer who almost broke my ass when showing off my moves to a friend recently. So I'll just stick to admiring the art for now ... I encountered the term "feministing" a few years ago, and liked it so much that I decided to use a form of the word for this blog. To me, feministing is synonymous with female expression. This space has primarily served as a therapeutic tool and as a space for me to express the anger that has no place in society. It's mostly comprised of nasty letters and sentiments, some fiction, some non -- I prefer to be able to address someone when I'm foaming at the mouth ;) Cheers, BB |
