| Introduction | This months Realtor Spotlight is Lorin Nielsen! Lorin has been a realtor since 1998 & is currently an Associate Broker with Tolbert & Nielsen Realty Group. Not only is Lorin a Realtor he also serves as Current Chair on the MLS Committee for WCBR and the current chair for Leadership Dixie. In the past Lorin was a Utah Deputy State Treasurer, President for the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators, Associate Director for Energy & Minerals for the Utah Dept. of Natural Resources, Head Strategic Planner for Bonneville Power Administration, Treasurer on the Board of Habitat for Humanity of SW Utah & was also their former President. He has several hats hung on his wall one would say. Lorin is happily married with 5 children with 22 amazing grandchildren! He is currently an LDS Branch President & is active in the church. On top of being an Eagle Scout, he likes to listen to and play music, read & also play some golf.
