I work closely together with the Yoga Lifestylestudio (www.lifestylestudio.nl). My lessons are imbedded in the flow of the thirteen moon calendar. With this blog I share information and experiences connected to the great technique of Kundalini Yoga and this synchronizing calendersysteem. Both changed my life in a magic way.
