Introduction	a 44 year old global nomad, wife, mother-of-three, environmentalist, yoga enthusiast and foodie, who also happens to live with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. Over the past 20 years, contact dermatitis has led to asthma, food intolerances, make-up allergies and a battery of tests declaring that I'm perfectly healthy! Sensitivity to the chemicals that now characterize modern day living has sent me running back to the past when grandma cooked wholesome food from organically grown produce and a spoonful of honey cured all the worst ills. I try to keep MSG and other excitotoxins out of my life, by cooking everything from scratch, growing my own food and exploring alternatives to the toxic substances we pollute our environment with every time we clean ourselves, our clothes and our homes. I hope my journey will inspire you to think about this too....
