Introduction A little bit like the mouse Remy in Ratatouille I decided to move to Paris from Genoa Nervi (Italy) because of my passion for food.. and I am not just talking about eating... but cooking! I love cakes and that's why I went to the Cordon Bleu of Paris to learn "la patisserie française" a perfect course to learn basic and advanced pastry skills. Now I like to cook Italian and French desserts, of course, but also American and English, because cakes in those countries are so good! I practice in my Italian restaurant near Versailles and I’d like to thanks all my customers and my family who every week (some of them also every day!) eat and test all my creations, including cupcakes, of course! Thank you, your satisfaction gives a special meaning to my everyday work!
