| Introduction | As a busy working mum of 3 any 'spare' time is devoted to both running and cycling. A relationship that is forever expanding as more challenges become accessible now no longer chained to the kitchen sink. I run on the fells and cycle on the roads and love one as much as the other, the 2 overlap but I do think compliment each other in their own way and if anything keeps the heart pumping the mind active and the legs moving. |
