Introduction	T.H.(i)S is awesome!!! In my mother's native Filipino tongue, Tagalog, hapunan(Ha-pooh-nahn)means dinner. Eggrolls are usually eaten as appetizers, therefore are deemed The Hapunan Snack(how do I copyright that?)The eggroll can be eaten any time of day. Anyone who has ever tried homemade eggrolls, or lumpia(loomp-ee-yah) can attest to how delicious, and often times addictive they seem to be. Which usually makes them the first to disappear at any event or party. People just can't seem to have enough! Join me and try one..or two..or a few...Masarap!
