Introduction	I've been writing here on and off for several years, but now I'm turning the focus to my health. In the past two years, I've steadily gained weight, and it's time to reverse the process. I have a loving husband, and an adorable, sweetheart of a daughter to live for, and it's about time I turn these bad habits around! My hope is to chronicle that process in this blog.
