Introduction	As a Massage Therapist, I treat the whole person on the physical, mental emotional and spiritual levels. My work is designed to affect both the physiological and psychological receptors of the body. Holistic massage creates a feeling of being cared for, dealing with the body as a whole rather than concentrating on a specific area, which stimulates the immune system as well as giving a sense of inner peace and well-being. Often what I do is considered a gentle massage, however, firmer movements can be employed as required. Any massage assists the elimination of waste products, which create muscle tension, thus revitalizing the body. I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and I would be pleased to chat with you about my work.
