Introduction	I am a spoiled brat when it comes to cooking, but my profile isn't important here. I use a lot of milk, eggs, cream, butter, and cheese in my recipes. But more importantly, if the dairy farmers keep getting screwed by the government, we'll all be in a world of hurt. If the government can spend trillions of dollars to bail out the auto industry, banks, insurance companies, and who knows what else that is hidden from the public, we will all be in trouble. To me, cooking and baking is my life -it's essential to me and my family's well being. PLEASE help out where you can. Read the post on Windmill Dairy Farm --- then you'll know why it is so important. Janice and Todd are spending their own money that they really can't afford, to make things happen. If the government doesn't think dairy farming is important, I DO!! Lets pitch in folks before it's too late. Windmill Dairy Farm is one of many dairy farms that are slowly dwindling. This is one of many critical areas of U.S. agriculture that could easily go extinct Thank you.
