| Introduction | For the past 15 years my son has been my greatest priority. We came through the death of my Mom, a divorce, and me going to Grad School, and he walked me down the aisle to remarry 4 years ago, having found a wonderful creature with whom I would love nothing more than to grow old. My little bird is nearing the edge of the nest and I've decided it's high time to make MY Self a priority. The last 15 years didn't exactly go as planned and my relationship with food blossomed in ALL the wrong ways. I know what I need to do and, in fact, girded up my loins and began again last week. This time is already different. |
