| Introduction | I live on a micro-farm of two acres with chickens, ducks, dairy goats, two fat worthless cats, and one pound special aussie mix who rules em' all. I have a wonderful supporting hunk of a husband who puts up with it all and two great kids, 6 and 2, who do their level best to drive their mother insane as only children can do. Vegetable gardening and animal tending is my therapy. I have a goal of being self-sufficient in my families food supply and we are getting closer every day. |

| Favorite books | Hands down the "Encyclopedia of Country Living" by Carla Emery is first. Second is "The God Delusion" by Richard Dawkins. Other than that I read anything and everything I can get my hands on. |
