Introduction	Married to a wonderful and very hard working wife, Father to three of the greatest children, love our pets including our Chocolate Lab-Hershey, Weimaraner- Emmett and Aussie Mix-Liberty, and enjoy adventures and everything outdoors. Starting at age 38 I decided to train and run my first marathon. This Blog will tell the story and hopefully my quest to not only meet my goal but then sail past it and provide insight to me becoming the healthiest and happiest I have ever been. This I plan to do for myself and mostly for my family.
