| Introduction | I'm a Virgin Vegan! Just took the nosedive of removing animal products from my diet in March 2013! But I'm a modern girl that anchors the news in Miami & reports on animal stories, so it was a time to make a change my way. I'm not a hippie chick, eating granola & wearing birkenstocks. I'm a stylish girl who doesn't go anywhere I can't wear heels... except maybe the beach, then flip-flops are allowed! So, I want to explore the vegetable world with a real, current approach. I'll show you how substitutions are the secret, how my cravings are manageable and how I set myself up for success, not failure, through food planning.
