Introduction	I am a Northern transplant in a Southern world, a suburban girl thrust into the country life, Rocky Balboa surrounded by Scarlett O'Haras and Miss Mellies. Every day is an adjustment, every day is an adventure, every day is a struggle to keep my Northern accent. I stay home on our mini-farm to raise our three little girls (5-year-old Bean, 3 1/2-year-old Cakes, and baby Peanut). I started this blog to maintain my sanity and an adult vocabulary.
