| Introduction | I am a mom to 2 boys, my main goal is to raise food snobs. I don't care what they do for a living, but when I get invited to dinner at their house I want to eat well. I love to cook and to eat, I also really enjoy sharing what I create in the kitchen. When I cook I rarely follow any recipe to the T. I have certain food likes and I will change a recipe the first time I make it to suit my tastes. Growing up my mom had 1 company dinner: Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding and String beans. When I invite guests over it is almost always for a meal I have never made before. Even though my mom did not love to cook she started my love of cooking by allowing me to help in the kitchen. |
