| Introduction | I am a grouchy old woman who doesn't like anything...or anyone! Now aren't you excited we are friend? No, I didn't think so. Truth is I am a middle aged (if I live to be over 100) single mom, who is joining the throngs of ADHD active adults who is trying hard to corral the people that dance in my mind at all hours of the day and night, telling me their stories and entertaining me with new ways to think about things. We are called writers. Those who have accomplished this are called published authors (however there are some interesting varieties that actually plot out their adventures in advance and PLAN everything before their fingers ever hit the first key...strange people who are control freaks, I am sure!)My "friends" show up in the oddest of places and times (like in the shower or at 3 am in the morning when I was trying to sleep). I have a lot of opinions and I am not afraid to use them. I am an old hippie, a tree-hugging vegetarian who fights for animal and children's rights, and tries to help bring awareness to my causes. As I prepare for our final days on earth, I would like to think I made a difference somewhere. I am trusting God every step of the way. |
