| Introduction | My interests are in Philosophy, Health, Nutrition, and fitness. I have traveled to China, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia many times. My wife "My" is from Vietnam, born there, speaks the language fluently and is grounded in Asian ways. I have been in the Real Estate Field, Co-owned a Off-road Skateboard Company called Xtreme Wheelz here in San Diego, Owned a Commercial Glass Tinting business for over 20 years, and now I am solidly into writing. I have now surfed for over 40 years, been running long distance for over 35 years, Play guitar for 30 plus years, and have been traveling for the past life time. I will be 53 on Halloween, October 31, 2009. Life has been very good to me. I am Thankful for loving parents, and an older brother, Butch (nickname) who died in 1973, after I had just turned 16, but who opened my eyes to philosophy, other cultures, people, health, and many other good things and gave me the spark to look for them in my own journey. |
